From a weekend facelift to a full gut-and-rebuild, we handle design, demolition, cabinetry, counters, plumbing, electrical, and finish — with one project lead and a written, fixed price.
Our written scope details exactly what's included in your fixed price — and what's priced separately. Here's the general shape for a kitchen remodel.
Northern Virginia kitchens vary widely based on size, finishes, and scope. These are typical ranges we see — your free virtual consult gets you a more accurate ballpark based on your actual space.
A typical mid-range kitchen takes about 4–8 weeks from the day we break ground, plus a 2–4 week lead time for cabinets.
Virtual consult, on-site measure, written scope signed, cabinet order placed.
Tear out old kitchen, update plumbing & electrical to code, pass inspections.
Cabinets, counters, appliances, tile, flooring, lighting — the transformation happens.

If yours isn't here, scroll back up and ask our AI assistant — or just call and we'll talk it through.
Ask our AIYes — most clients do. We set up dust barriers, cover adjacent floors, and sweep the site every afternoon. We'll help you set up a temporary "kitchenette" (microwave, fridge, coffee) in another room for the couple of weeks your sink is out of commission.
For most projects, we handle it in-house — cabinet layout, finish selections, lighting plan. For high-end projects with complex custom millwork or a specific aesthetic vision, we recommend pairing us with an interior designer. We work well with designers and will quote based on their drawings.
Typically 3–6 weeks. That time is spent finalizing cabinet orders (the longest lead item), pulling permits, and scheduling inspections. We'll give you a firm start date in the signed scope.
Totally fine. We'll happily install anything you source — we'll just note what's client-supplied in the scope and won't warranty the product itself (still warranty our install). Most clients use our trade accounts for faster lead times and better pricing.
We still answer the phone. Our 2-year workmanship warranty covers us fixing anything we built at no cost. After year two, we'll come look, give you an honest diagnosis, and only charge if it's truly beyond our work. Half our projects are repeat clients — we don't burn bridges.
Yes, always. Electrical, plumbing, and structural work in Virginia require permits and inspections — we pull them in your name as the homeowner and schedule all inspections. Permit fees are billed at cost.
Send us a few phone photos, a dream Pinterest board, or just a rough idea. We'll come back with a realistic ballpark — same business day, no sales pressure.
